Face

The disparity between people’s mental image of themselves and the image in the mirror gets more pronounced as they age. This makes them endeavour to improve their facial appearance as they feel young on the inside but look old on the outside. There are also those that have not been unhappy with some  particular aspect of their face and are looking to change the same, by means of cosmetic procedures. Aesthetic procedures can also correct aspects of the face, affected adversely due to injury (eg deviated septum in the nose, due to injury)

There are a number of options for facial cosmetic procedures. They include surgical and non-surgical procedures. Surgical procedures in general, have the advantage of longer lasting and more pronounced results. They have longer recovery periods, compared to non-surgical procedures.
