Buttock Augmentation
What is Buttock Augmentation?
Buttock Augmentation, is one of the cosmetic surgery procedures, that has recently become popular, with increased publicity and awareness lately. While some individuals by nature have relatively small buttocks, some people notice a decrease in buttock size following pregnancy, weight loss and/or with advancing age. Often these individuals desire a fuller buttock appearance.
Buttocks that are in proportion to the rest of the body, enhances fitting of clothes. In most cases buttock augmentation surgery, performed on individuals with realistic expectations, is most rewarding, increasing their self image and confidence.
Buttock augmentation is a procedure to improve the size and shape of the buttocks, either by means of fat transfer or gluteal (buttock) implants. Augmentation by means of fat transfer can provide minimal enhancement, with comparatively quicker recovery. Buttock implants on the other hand provide maximum, longer lasting results, but with longer recovery.
